Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel an order (and refund it in full) if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken through PayPal when you place your order.

We try to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and many squishies are hand-finished, so small differences can occur. Always follow the age grade and safety guidance on each product page and our Safety & Care page.
