This policy explains how Puff&Squishy (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit our website or buy from us.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (optional) and the items you buy.
- Payment information: payments are processed by PayPal. We never receive or store your full card or bank details.
- Email list: if you join our list, your email address and where you signed up.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and server logs.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including sharing your name and address with our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers.
- To send order and shipping emails.
- To send marketing emails, only if you joined our list. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and understand how the site is used.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the store: PayPal (payments), our fulfillment partner and carriers (shipping), our website host and security/CDN providers, and analytics or advertising tools such as Google. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout need essential cookies to work.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by emailing hello@puffsquishy.com. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Children
Our site is meant for adults buying for themselves or their families. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting, and email list data until you unsubscribe.
