How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days and arrive in 7–9 business days in the US. See our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders over $59.99. Otherwise a flat $9.90. US customs duties and import fees are included, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Orders ship from China by tracked air freight.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We only ship to US addresses. PO Boxes are fine (you’ll collect the parcel at your post office); we can’t ship to APO/FPO addresses yet.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking link when your order ships. You can also check the status on Track Your Order.
Squishies
What’s the difference between crunchy, mouldable and slow-rise?
Crunchy squishies crackle when you squeeze them. Mouldable squishies are dense and hold whatever shape you press them into. Slow-rise squishies flatten and then puff back up slowly. Slush balls are cool and jelly-soft.
Are they safe for kids?
Check the age grade on each product page. Squishies are not food, and they are small enough to fit in a mouth, so keep them away from young children. Read Safety & Care.
My squishy feels sticky. Is it broken?
No. Some squishies get a little tacky over time. Dust it lightly with cornstarch or baby powder.
Payment and returns
How can I pay?
We take PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or the card or bank account linked to it. We never see your card details.
What if my squishy arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it. No need to send it back.
Can I return something I don’t want?
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns, since squishies are handled once opened. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we’ll always make it right. See Returns & Refunds.
